Feeling empty? You can be filled.
Need forgiveness? You can be forgiven.
Feeling unloved? God loves you!
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. – John 3:16
Are you wondering if God really exists, and if He somehow cares about you?
It is possible to know God, and to have personal, life-changing relationship with Him. Consider these steps in developing such a relationship:
No matter how good a life we try to live, we still fall miserably short of being a good person. That is because we are all sinners. We all fall short of God’s desire for us to be holy. The Bible says, “There is none righteous, no, not one” (Romans 3:10 NKJV). This is because we cannot become who we are supposed to be without Jesus Christ.
The Bible tells us, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8 NKJV). This is the Good News, that God loves us so much that He sent His only Son to die in our place when we least deserved it.
The Bible tells us to “repent and be converted” (Acts 3:19 NKJV). The word repent means to change our direction in life. Instead of running from God, we can run toward Him.
Receive Jesus Christ into your life. Becoming a Christian is not merely believing some creed or going to church on Sunday. It is having Christ Himself take residence in your life. Luke 9:23 23 Then He said to [them] all, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.
If you would like to have a relationship with Christ, you can pray a prayer similar to this:
Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I believe you died for my sins.
Right now, I turn from my sins and open the door of my heart and life.
I confess you as my personal Lord and Savior. Help me to follow You all the days of my life.
Thank you for saving me.
If you prayed to receive Jesus as Lord, welcome to the family of God. We here at Grace Bible Fellowship encourage you to get plugged into a Bible teaching church, and begin digging into the Word of God regularly.
